Made in the UK, O.L.E started manufacturing tank gauges back in 2001. High accuracy +/-0.25%. High and low level alarms with low level light. Can be set up/calibrated on site using optional configuration software, or we can calibrate in house for a fee.

Made in the UK, O.L.E started manufacturing tank gauges back in 2001, O.L.E. became part of HYTEK in 2021. The O.L.E. range is designed, assembled and tested in the UK at HYTEK. Tank probes are electronic pressure sensors with a 1" BSPT male fitting and are recommended to be suspended 50mm from the bottom of the tank. This T5020 kit includes the tank gauge housing, tank pressure sensor with 1" tank adaptor and junction box that can be used to extend the tank probe/pressure sensor cable.

  • High & low level alarm 90dB sounder
  • Low level alarm light
  • Electronic display with backlight (turns off after 1 hour)
  • 1 gauge required per tank
  • Weatherproof to IP55
  • Gives continuous readout in litres & shows a % bar
  • Power supply can be 230V, 110V or 24VDC
  • Includes 4-20mA output & Modbus RS485 to connect to a BMS (building management system)
  • Includes junction box (used to extend probe cable up to 100m) non ATEX O.L.E gauges low loss cable must be used 

Options:

  • Choose bund probe/level switch (B8)
  • If using the bund probe for AdBlue®, water or antifreeze choose (B8-ADBLUE)
  • Water bottom sensor (T4020-B2)
  • If extending the probe cable on non ATEX O.L.E gauges low loss cable must be used (CABLE-4-BLACK)
  • Probe cable can be extended to 100m (CABLE-4-BLACK)
  • PC software for setup (T4020-01) enables an engineer to set up & calibrate
  • We can calibrate your gauge within 24 hours of receiving our tank questionnaire (CALIB-T5020)
  • The relay board fits inside the gauge housing & it has 5x volt free outputs (R5), optional charge for us to fit this inside the gauge housing (R5 INSTALLATION)
